Sparkling Water Helps

Exercise...whew..after cake..ah!  Its getting to me.  I've got to get on a regular roll
and stick to it.  If I could just remember the feeling of feeling better after a few days
and not worry about how much loss or even if the clothes fit better..what I need to
remember is how good I feel. Period.  Maybe if I keep it just this simple in my mind.
No great expectations and all that stuff that bogs some of us down.  You know?  Yeah.
